 "Rich was actually at the job site when he said he would be. The crew was courtious, knowledgeable and very professional. The crew worked well together. There were storms coming and the crew did not rush. They did their job as if they wanted this driveway to look the best ever done...... We would highly recommend Creve Coeur Paving. Rich came over and met with us. He explained the procedure and what to expect and it happened exactly that way...
"...The crew was amazing. They worked in a professional, courtious way. Anytime we went out to talk to them or ask them a question, they were very polite, they took time to answer all of our questions. We had a complaint about the previous company that messed up our driveway. When we asked the previous contractor about fixing the driveway, we were confronted in an aggressive way from the owner. We were assured that Creve Coeur Paving does not do that to their customers. The crew worked quietly and well together. The previous company left out materials that were supposed to be installed. If you would look up PROFESSIONAL in the dictionary, you would see a picture of Rich and his crew. Not only are they professional but they are very customer oriented. Rich does educate the customer which I feel is very important. That way the customer knows the hows and whys. And when Rich and his crew talks to the customer, they don't make the customer feel inferior. Plus, even after the job was done, I had a question and I called Rich twice and he was just as patient and courtous after the job was done as he was before he did the job. After the other company that messed up our driveway did the work, we would drive around and envy people whos driveways looked nice. Now we drive around and look at other peoples driveways and say, "Our driveway looks better than theirs." We are very much impressed with Creve Coeur Paving. In our eyes Creve Coeur Paving is NUMBER 1".
