A sincere thank you is due you and your team… A special thanks for installing the paver edging prior to the asphalt. We are completely satisfied with the careful and quality work your company provided. It has been nice to have neighbors stop and compliment the job.
I especially appreciated you being here when the job was being done. Your people skills and the respect you show to your crew are outstanding. To see you working side by side with them is a testament to your care for giving the customer a fine finished project.
Also, your direct and immediate response to our inquiries, the online schedule, and the efficient check list (Quality Control Form) issued before you left our home was all impressive. I must say, “We haven’t had a more careful team of workers help us with a project in 38 years of home ownership”.
