Creve Coeur Paving has been offering pavement maintenance since our inception. We understand there are an overwhelming amount of choices when it comes to maintaining your asphalt surface. We are here to listen to your needs and give you a detailed proposal that maximizes your “return on investment”.
Most people that reside in St. Louis County are inundated with post cards, door hangers, and salesmen trying to sell them a seal-coat job. We are here to offer you a maintenance package. You’ll find that these same companies that practice these tactics are only focused on selling you sealer, even if it’s not appropriate for your particular application.
What separates us from the competition? Here are some reasons Creve Coeur Paving offers better quality:
- Sealer is water based. The most we ever cut our sealer is 10%. This gives you a longer lasting, more durable product. Other companies add as much as 50% water in their formula.
- In order for seal-coating companies to offer you that dirt-cheap price, they must increase the quantity of jobs they do, and pay a lower wage to their employees. This is not a good prescription for quality.
- Our employees earn higher than the competitive wage. They are trained to take their time and to pay attention to details. They won’t leave a mess behind or splatter sealer on sidewalks or buildings. Your job will look the best it possibly can.
- Since we are maintaining the surface, we will fill all cracks (less than 3/8 of an inch) with crack filler. Cracks larger than this can be filled with hot asphalt. If cracks aren’t filled water will get under the surface and cause further damage.
In the following galleries, notice how the edges possess definition. – They do not have excess sealer slopped into the yard. Sealer is only applied to the pavement. - Not the grass, walkways, or adjoining structures. Consistent patterns are used when squeegee or spray coats are applied. Most of the pictures in the gallery are of jobs that Creve Coeur Paving actually paved. We have the capacity to offer any solution for your pavement needs.
