Job Title:
General Laborer

Pay Range: $11.00 + per hour
Duties: Shoveling, luting, tamping, clean up, minor maintenance, manual labor, deductive reasoning, and communication skills.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a drug and/or alcohol test.
Benefits: Benefits will be disclosed upon acceptance of employment.

Job Title:
Machine Operations

Pay Range: $13.00 + per hour
Duties: Must be able to perform General Laborer tasks in addition to operating one or more of the following
Mechanized tools:
rollers, pavers, skid steer loaders, excavators, light duty trucks, and tractors.
Requirements: Must have a valid class “E” driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a drug and/or alcohol test.

Job Title: CDL Truck Driver
Pay Range: $13.00 + per hour
Duties: Must be able to perform some General Laborer tasks in addition to operating heavy-duty trucks/trailers and loading/securing cargo and mechanized equipment.
Requirements: Must have at least a valid class “B” CDL with “air brakes” endorsement. Class “A” CDL is preferred. Must have the ability to pass on random occasion, a drug and/or alcohol test. Must maintain minimal infractions on driving record.

Job Title: Supervisor / Foreman
Pay Range: $20.00 + per hour
Duties: Interpreting a variety of instructions from salesmen, clients, site plans, and job scopes. Overseeing crews while ensuring quality during construction efforts. Must be able to delegate tasks properly, communicate with crewmembers and owners and report varying labor and material usage on written forms. Must be involved in achieving company goals.
Requirements: Must have at least a valid class “E” driver’s license. CDL is preferred. Must possess knowledge on paving operations and the ability to make decisions regarding varying scenarios affecting pavement operations. Must be able to pass a drug and/or alcohol test. Must maintain minimal infractions on driving and criminal record.

Job Title: Salesman / Estimator
Pay Range: Salary / Commission
Duties: Consulting clients. Diagnosing proper solutions for pavement issues. Interpreting site plans accurately. Providing quotes for clients by preparing detailed proposals. Overseeing production and quality quotas from crews. Communicating with owners and supervisors pertinent information to ensure performance and quality.
Requirements: Must have 3 years experience in construction or remodeling estimations. Must be able to pass a drug and/or alcohol test. Must be willing to learn about paving conditions and scenarios. Field training may be available.
